OUR APPROACH

Cloud VoIP services are flexible, scalable, and cost effective, but they can also be complicated to design and set up. We'll take care of the hard part for you and quickly prepare location(s) for new VoIP/telecom services. Our end-to-end approach uses a nominal amount of your time, so that you can focus on the operations & staff training for your new service.

INITIAL DESIGN CONSULT

One-page survey + 30 minute phone consult determines optimal feature settings and desired call flow for all sites.

SYSTEM SETUP

We handle all the leg work and execute your design by setting up Auto Receptionists and call trees, phones and extensions, ring groups, voice prompts and hold music prior to your first day on the new system.
